Evaluation of Cellular Dynamics in a Living Mouse by Fluorescence Imaging
摘要
This review examines the advances and challenges in fluorescence imaging for observing cellular dynamics in living mice, focusing on in vivo techniques. It highlights the issues of tissue motion due to physiological processes such as respiration and heartbeat and reviews various stabilization methods to improve imaging accuracy. The review emphasizes the importance of this technology in improving our understanding of cellular behavior in real time, thus contributing significantly to various biomedical fields such as neurology, immunology, and cancer research.
