摘要

The Internet of Things (IoT) is critical in today’s technology landscape, transforming how we interact with the world and revolutionizing many sectors. This integrated network of devices, sensors, and systems yields a myriad of benefits, leading to greater efficiency, improved decision-making processes, and disruptive improvements across varied sectors. This study is an attempt to examine the use of the Internet of Things (IoT) and its most significant challenges in supply chain management. The evolution of IoT technologies has seen extraordinary breakthroughs, delivering a paradigm shift in how organizations manage their supply chains. The supply chain is crucial to the global economy, determining the profitability and sustainability of organizations across industries. Several considerations highlight the need for an effective and well-managed supply chain. The paper discusses few IoT applications like Sensors and RFID tags. It also discusses the potential impact of IoT on supply chain management.
