Land Knowledge Integration System: An Approach of Root Making of Indigenous Knowledge

The development of knowledge, human society, culture, and production processes have an association with varying geographical realities and its ultimate product of human knowledge. Along with knowledge various methods for its measuring, monitoring and mapping evolved with the process of understanding and human progress. The dent of this process can be classified as Land-Knowledge Integration System (LKIS) and with the help of this root mapping scientific tools can be developed for the documentation of indigenous knowledge and its association with the development. The present study is an attempt by authors to understand this process through the tools of LKIS, ultimate product and mapping of community knowledge and its relevance in present era of globalized and homogenized social development scenario.
