Political System Technology Design for a Systemic Quality

There is an ongoing transformative relationship between technology and quality in e-politics. For operationalised e-democracy with SE (Bungsraz, S. (2020). Operationalising e-Democracy Through a System Engineering Approach in Mauritius and Australia: Palgrave Macmillan), system safety defines for e-politics ongoing quality, it is like airworthiness in aviation for aeronautical engineering. Technology links both in terms of a safety and quality relationship that brings to the field of e-politics a democratic worthiness analogous to the aviation sector’s airworthiness. Purposive technology can be designed for various activities, some use it for performance or productivity, in our case for e-politics it is to support a certain quality of product or service delivered efficiently for a defined standard of repeatable e-democratic performance, one that reduces risk to democracy.
