Virtual Systems as Dynamic Capability for Business, Society, and Government
摘要
For some politics is a master science (Wiseman, Politics: The master science. Pegasus, 1969), a claim rightly or wrongly contested by others (Greenleaf, Politics: The Master Science. Pegasus, 1969), but its lack of use of technology to assist political science is something that SE can address (Bungsraz, Operationalising e-Democracy through a system engineering approach in Mauritius and Australia. Palgrave Macmillan, 2020b). Technology allows the systems that we have discussed in the preceding chapters, civil society, business, and government, which make up the political system to be configured in various ways using SE techniques to build virtual systems.
