Exploration of Building a Lean Energy Service System Based on Digital Economy

With the rapid development of the digital economy, improving energy utilization efficiency and building a sustainable lean energy service system are crucial for achieving dual economic and environmental benefits. This study explored the construction of a lean energy service system in the digital economy and verified its potential in reducing energy consumption and improving economic efficiency through experiments. The experimental results showed that during the five month implementation period of the digital economy company, power consumption decreased from 2800 kWh to 2400 kWh, water resource consumption decreased from 1200 m3 to 1050 m3, and energy consumption reduction rates reached 10.2% and 6.8%, respectively. This validated the important role of lean energy service systems in achieving energy efficiency in the digital economy. Through reasonable data analysis and innovative management methods, a lean energy service system could provide sustainable development support for the digital economy and reduce economic costs.
