Informationization Construction of Procurement Management Based on Supply Chain Management Mode

As a network structure that connects upstream and downstream enterprises, the supply chain can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in a dynamically changing market environment. Through supply chain management, core enterprises can establish mutually beneficial and win-win development relationships with other enterprises in the supply chain. However, there are currently issues such as conflicts between the cost and quality of procurement objects, low level of informatization in procurement management, and a lack of procurement risk assessment. Based on the perspective of supply chain management, with the help of Big data technology, this paper analyzes the typical material procurement platform architecture, analyzes the information types and data characteristics collected, and proposes the material procurement management and application methods based on Big data, hoping to provide reference for personnel concerned with procurement information management, and further improve the quality of enterprise procurement management.
