Construction of Ancient Literature Shared Resource Database Based on Image Scanning and Recognition (OCR) Technology
摘要
With the rapid advancement of information technology and the Internet, the digitization and sharing of ancient literary works have become an important research field. This study is dedicated to using image scanning and recognition (OCR) technology to build a comprehensive, efficient, and easily accessible ancient literature shared resource library. Initially, a broad literature review was conducted to understand the latest advancements and applications of OCR technology in document digitization. Subsequently, a series of representative and academically valuable ancient literary works were selected for scanning and recognition. During the scanning process, the system utilized high-resolution scanners and multi-angle lighting technology to ensure image quality. Experimental data reveals that the satisfaction levels of five parameters of the resource library, including recognition accuracy satisfaction, recognition speed satisfaction, resource database data satisfaction, resource detection speed satisfaction, and overall system satisfaction, ranged between 92.15% and 98.23%. This indicates that OCR algorithms and technologies like artificial intelligence can enhance the accuracy and efficiency of text recognition.
