Power Transmission and Transformation Risk Management System Based on EWM Calculation and AHP

摘要

Aiming at the evaluation and management of transmission project investment risk under the new power market environment, a scheme combining the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and the entropy weight method (EWM) is studied. Firstly, for different economic, environmental and social risks, the evaluation index of risk management of transmission project is analyzed. Then, the basic principle of calculating objective weight by EWM is studied, and the basic idea of AHP to solve subjective weight is analyzed, and the calculation method of comprehensive weight is given by combining the two methods. Finally, combined with specific application scenarios, the detailed calculation process of investment risk management evaluation results is given. The application example shows that the scheme can be well applied to the evaluation of transmission project investment risk management, and can provide guidance for enterprises to build power transmission projects in different market environments.
