摘要

Sports literacy represents a holistic competency in sports, serving as a crucial avenue for fostering students' overall physical and mental well-being, honing sports skills, and instilling a heightened sports consciousness. Against the backdrop of collegiate sports aerobics instruction, this paper delves into the significance of sports literacy in curriculum design and implementation. Firstly, it delineates the advantages of sports literacy for students' development; subsequently, the paper explores the specific integration of sports literacy in aerobics instruction, encompassing teaching objectives, content, and methods. Finally, the paper offers recommendations to advance the cultivation of sports proficiency in college sports aerobics education, aiming to elevate students' comprehensive athletic prowess. By scrutinizing challenges within the college physical aerobics teaching process, this paper constructs a teaching paradigm tailored to the demands of the new era.
