The BIM-5D Technology Dynamically Manages the Data Monitoring in the Project

In recent years, engineering construction projects have shown a trend of comprehensiveness, complexity, and highly dynamic construction processes, placing higher requirements on the cost control level of construction enterprises. With the promotion of construction informatization reform by the country, the construction industry has gradually applied BIM (Building Informatization Model) technology, but relying solely on BIM three-dimensional models cannot effectively achieve construction cost control. Therefore, the time dimension and capital dimension have been added to the BIM three-dimensional model, and they have been extended to the five dimensions of BIM, namely, BIM5D. Bim5d technology is used to monitor the actual cost of a project in order to control it. It helps reduce costs by controlling work and resources in a timely manner. Bim5d can be used for monitoring, reporting, control, and audit purposes. This article is based on the application research of BIM5D technology in dynamic management of project cost. BIM5D technology can solve the technical barriers existing in the dynamic cost control during the construction phase of traditional construction projects. By designing an organizational structure for dynamic management and control of construction costs to ensure the smooth implementation of the system, as well as the BIM5D construction process and model specifications, this paper emphatically introduces the working principle and process of the dynamic management and control system of construction costs, establishes a dynamic management and control system of construction costs based on BIM technology, and discusses in detail the dynamic accounting process of the system for construction costs and how to use the improved earned value method to dynamically analyze construction costs Monitor alarms and rectify deviations. Based on the actual engineering situation, the construction cost dynamic control system based on BIM5D technology is applied to verify the application value of the cost dynamic control system.
