The inbound and outbound scheduling method is critical in the inbound and outbound ship of intelligent inland ports; however, it has an issue with erroneous performance positioning. The typical Particle swarm arithmetic is unable to address the ship entry and exit in intelligent inland ports issue in the inbound and outbound ship of intelligent inland ports, and the result is insufficient. As a result, an Improved particle swarm arithmetic-based ship entry and exit scheduling method of inland port is provided, and the ship entry and exit scheduling method of inland port is assessed. To begin, the mathematical optimization theory is used to discover the influencing elements, and the indicators are split based on the inbound and outbound scheduling method's needs to decrease interference factors in the inbound and outbound scheduling method. The mathematical optimization theory is then used to create a Improved particle swarm arithmetic inbound and outbound scheduling method scheme, and the outcomes of the inbound and outbound scheduling method are thoroughly examined. The MATLAB simulation results reveal that, under evaluation conditions, the Improved particle swarm arithmetic outperforms the standard Particle swarm arithmetic in terms of inbound and outbound scheduling method accuracy and time of influencing variables.
