Generalized T-Based Validation of Remote Sensing LST Products According to Land Surface Heterogeneity Analysis on Stations

摘要

According to the previous results in Chaps.  2 and 3 , in this chapter the LST data observed at 18 stations in the HiWATER experiment in Heihe basin were used to evaluated the MODIS 1 km LST daily product (MOD/MYD11A1). According to the station heterogeneity classification, the comparison between stations with high representative to 1 km spatial scale and MODIS daily LST products with a 1 km spatial resolution is used as the validation result. The factors such as the observation angle difference, the estimation accuracy of broadband emissivity used in the process of obtaining ground observation LST by stations long wave radiation, and the accuracy of the emissivity product of the MOD/MYD11A1 itself were also analyzed in this chapter.
