Overview
摘要
Land surface temperature (LST) is a crucial surface parameter for reflecting surface energy and water balance, and remote sensing is the most effective method for obtaining LST information on both regional and global scales. Numerous LST products have been released based on relatively mature retrieval methods. However, inherent defects in remote sensing observations and incomplete validations of these LST products have significantly hindered their application. This chapter details the factors that impede the application of mass LST remote sensing information, which is the primary focus of this book. The aim of this book is to promote the potential application of LST products in global climate and environmental change studies.
