Osteoma

Osteoma is a benign tumor composed of differentiated and mature bone tissue. It can occur at any age, with a predication for males over females, ranging from 10 to 49 years old. It is common in the mandible, mostly in the condyle process, the lingual side of the mandibular body and the lower margin of the mandibular angle. It typically occurs unilaterally, but can also be bilateral [1–8].
