Ameloblastic Fibrosarcoma
摘要
Odontogenic sarcoma (OS) is a group of mixed odontogenic tumors with cytologically benign ameloblastic epithelium and malignant mesenchyma stroma [1, 2]. Ameloblastic fibrosarcoma (AFS) is by far the most common type and is often considered to be the malignant counterpart of ameloblastic fibroma (AF) [3]. Aameloblastic fibrodentinosarcoma produces dentin/dentin-like, while ameloblastic fibro-odontosarcoma generates enamel/ enamel-like and dentin. AFS can be divided into primary (de novo) and secondary types (secondary to AF) [1–3].
