Targeted Measures for Multidimensional Poverty Alleviation in Ethnic Minority Concentrated Areas
摘要
With the economic and social development and the changing scenario of poverty reduction, the anti-poverty strategy in rural China has undergone three major changes since China began to implement the poverty alleviation and development strategy in the early 1980s. The first change happened in the mid-1980s when China adopted a strategy in rural areas that aimed to gradually establish a governance structure of development-oriented poverty alleviation with public governance as the core, and promote the economic and social development in poverty-stricken counties where the poor are concentrated.
