The Model of Targeted Poverty Alleviation for Ethnic Autonomous Areas in Eastern China: A Case Study of Jingning She Autonomous County

“We must ensure that by the year of 2020 all rural poor residents will have been lifted out of poverty. It is the most arduous task for completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects”. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the central government has incorporated the poverty alleviation and development work into the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy, made it key work for achieving the first Centenary Goal and given higher priority to it.
