Poverty has been an issue of international concern. Reducing poverty is a major way to promote and indicator of social justice, fairness, and equality. The United Nations declared, in The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, to “end poverty in all its forms everywhere.” China is the largest developing country in the world and has spared no efforts to fight poverty.
