Superconducting Properties of High-Entropy Metal Chalcogenides
摘要
High-entropy (HE) compounds have been extensively studied in the fields of material science, chemistry, and physics, owing to their unique properties. In this chapter, we review the material development of HE-type metal chalcogenideMetal chalcogenide (MCh) superconductors and discuss the superconductivity of metal tellurides (MTe) and MCh with multi-chalcogen compositions. Furthermore, we examined the exotic superconducting property of MTe under high pressureHigh pressure, which is one of the most important features of HE-type MTe.
