Research on the Demand Model of Enterprise Network Digital Talents Under the Computer Digital Economy Technology

With the advent of the digital economy era, the talent structure has changed, and digital talent has become one of the main demands in the market. This paper proposes a digital talent demand forecasting model that combines grey theory and particle swarm algorithm. The system uses the grey forecasting model to predict the basic changing trend of the demand for digital talents, and then uses the particle swarm algorithm to revise the forecast results of the grey model to improve the forecasting accuracy of the demand for digital talents. The results show that the combined forecasting model improves the forecasting accuracy of digital talent demand, and can better describe the changing law of digital talent demand. The research results of this paper provide a new forecasting method for digital talent demand forecasting.
