摘要

In order to understand the performance evaluation of probationary employees in chain enterprises, the author proposes a study on the performance evaluation of probationary employees in chain enterprises based on a competency model. The author first introduced the significance of a professional manager performance evaluation system based on competency models in human resource development, and then evaluated the current situation of a chain enterprise in a certain region in evaluating its professional manager performance. Finally, using literature review and open-ended questionnaires to develop measurement items for competency factors of probationary employees. A total of 100 questionnaires were distributed and 100 were collected, with 100 valid questionnaires and a 100% effective rate. In the process of building the model, a competency model was introduced, and grading standards were determined through on-site research. The Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to set the weights of the performance evaluation system, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used for quantitative analysis. Subsequently, a comprehensive evaluation was conducted on the behavioral performance of professional managers. The rationality of this five dimensional model was demonstrated through confirmatory factor analysis, and the weights of various factors and indicators were obtained through Analytic Hierarchy Process. I hope to provide a valuable and scientific evaluation tool for probationary employees for human resource management personnel in enterprises.
