Design of Real Time Online Teaching of Chinese as a Foreign Language Based on CMC Network

In order to proficiently apply computer network technology in teaching and make Chinese language learning not limited to traditional classrooms, the author conducts research on the design and construction of a teaching platform based on the CMC network environment. The author’s action practice and investigation analysis are based on the author’s use of computer media communication CMC to carry out remote teaching. Explored the media application methods of computer communication tools in the process of online teaching, teacher behavior in remote teaching, student behavior and their interrelationships, as well as some other problems and causes discovered in online remote teaching actions. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the number of posts posted by students in the forum and the number of posts posted by teachers (correlation coefficient r = 0.655, p < 0.01). This means that during the time period when teachers post more posts and discuss topics, students will also have a higher number of themed posts or participate in posting. There is also a significant correlation between students and teachers in media usage. By using online platforms for online teaching, personalized services can be provided based on beginners’ own mastery of language and culture, better tailored teaching, and effectively breaking through the limitations of space and time.
