Employee Portrait Model Based on AI Technology

Big data technology has not only yielded brilliant achievements in operation, financial and many other management fields, changing the mode of enterprises’ business decision-making, but also provided an opportunity for human resource management to change its traditional development model to statistics management decision-making. However, human resource management of traditional electric power enterprises is still facing three major problems. Based on the application of information technology, machine learning algorithm and big data technology, our study constructs a series of human resource intelligent application models that include employee portrait model cluster. On this basis, the intelligent human resource data platform and online training service system are developed to adapt to the development trend of enterprise flexible management and solve the problems existing in enterprise human resource management.
