Research on the Optimization of Workflow of Flexible Logistics Automatic Unloading Production Line

The research on workflow optimization is critical in the flexible logistics automatic unloading production line, however it has an issue with erroneous performance positioning. The typical Particle swarm arithmetic is unable to address the optimization research issue in the flexible logistics automatic unloading production line, and the result is insufficient. As a result, a PLC-based workflow of flexible logistics automatic unloading production line is provided, and workflow of flexible logistics automatic unloading production line is assessed. To begin, the control theory is used to discover the influencing elements, and the indicators are split based on the research on workflow optimization’s needs to decrease interference factors in the research on workflow optimization. The control theory is then used to create a PLC research on workflow optimization scheme, and the outcomes of the research on workflow optimization are thoroughly examined. The MATLAB simulation results reveal that, under particular evaluation conditions, the PLC outperforms the standard Particle swarm arithmetic in terms of research on workflow optimization accuracy and time of influencing variables.
