Challenges and Safety Regulations for Employing Fungi in Environmental Applications
摘要
The use of fungi offers a promising path in the field of environmental applications, but it is not without its share of challenges and the requirement for stringent safety guidelines. This chapter explores the various difficulties that arise on using fungi for environmental applications, illuminating both intrinsic biological intricacies and extrinsic environmental variables. Safety standards emerge as a crucial aspect because fungi are essential to many bioremediation techniques. These safety laws encompass, controlling the potentially hazardous fungal by-products, invasion of foreign species and their toxicity towards other organisms. This chapter discusses on the merits of using fungus for environmental applications while tackling the complicated network of risks and safety laws that are involved.
