Regional Anesthesia for lower limb surgeries has been in practice for centuries. This chapter includes the approaches and troubleshooting toward blocking all the major peripheral nerves of the Lower Limbs via Blind, Nerve Stimulator Guided, Ultrasound-Guided techniques. Nerves can be blocked as a single shot or as a continuous injection. The major obstacles one can encounter during the block performance which can lead to partial success or complete failure are dealt with ease and explanation for enhancement of one’s skill.
