摘要

Recently, supercapbattery has attracted attention due to its extraordinary energy density without affecting the power density, higher than battery and supercapacitor. This research is focused on developing anodes based on silicon nanoparticles with various compositions of Al2O3/AC composite as cathode of supercapbattery. The mixture of electrode materials was synthesized with the blending method. The electrode of Al2O3/AC was synthesized using SBR binder with deionized water as a solvent on Al-foil substrate, while the Si/CB electrode was synthesized using PVDF binder with DMAC solvent used Ni-foam. Electrodes’s structural and morphological characterization was identified through XRD, FTIR, and SEM, while the electrohemical performance was tested by Galvanostatic Charge-Discharge. The XRD analysis of Al2O3/AC showed diffraction peaks at angles of 2θ = 26.50° and 43.36°, which indicated the activated carbon phases. Meanwhile, pristine Si nanoparticles and Si/CB produced diffraction peaks indicating the Si phases. FTIR identified the absorption functional group of electrodes. SEM analysis showed that with the increasing mass of Al2O3, the porosity also increased. The electrochemical performance of 15% Al2O3/AC//Si/CB as a hybrid supercapbattery device shows superior performance with a specific capacitance of 287.6 F/g, energy density of 97.4 Wh/kg, and power density of 335.6 W/kg.
