摘要
This chapter presents an overview of liberal law. How people understand the meaning of property, and what it allows them to do with a thing or resource, involves an exploration of liberal property, itself a subset of liberal law. The focus is upon the role played by choice as the core of the prized liberal concepts of autonomy, liberty, and freedom.
