Test and Numerical Simulation of Low Pressure Turbine Guide Vane Annular Cascade
摘要
In order to investigate the performance of the low pressure turbine guide vane, the annular cascade test of the low pressure turbine guide vane was carried out, and the corresponding numerical simulations were made by NUMECA Fine software. In view of the common arrangement of the total pressure probes in front of the guide vane will bring interference to the inlet flow field of the guide vane, a method for measuring the guide vane inlet total pressure without interference was proposed. The flow characteristics, the variation curves of the guide vane performance parameters with outlet Mach numbers, the radial distribution curves of the guide vane performance parameters, the total pressure cloud maps at the outlet of the guide vane were obtained by test. Comparisons were made between the test and calculation results. Results show that the calculation results are in good agreement with the test results. When the cool air ratio is constant, the converted flow at the throat of the guide vane increases with the increase of the total static pressure ratio. When the total static pressure ratio is constant, the converted flow at the throat of the guide vane decreases with the increase of the cool air ratio. The total pressure recovery coefficient decreases with the increase of outlet Mach numbers, and the energy loss coefficient decreases first and then increases with the increase of outlet Mach numbers. The radial distribution differences of the total pressure recovery coefficient, the energy loss coefficient, the outlet airflow angle and the total pressure cloud maps at the outlet of the guide vane are small in the condition of with and without cool air.
