Real-Time Synchronous Measurement of Three-Dimensional Motion Trajectory and Heat Flow in Shock Tunnel

摘要

In a shock tunnel, we have established a new technology of flow measurement. The technology is shock tunnel free flight test combining phosphor thermography. Using the new technology, we can obtain the trajectory and heat flow parameters of the moving object in three-dimensional space at the same time. The specific methods are as follows: First, we have established perfect free flight test system with three high-speed photography in shock tunnel. Afterwards, free flight wind tunnel test of blunt cone model was carried at hypersonic Mach number. During the test, phosphor thermography are used in the meantime. We have collected the movement trajectory and heat flow images of blunt cone in three-dimensional space. The results show that the combination technology of free flight test and phosphor thermography can improve the level of free flight testing in shock tunnel greatly. This combination test technology can be transplanted to other wind tunnels.
