Research on Jig Shape Design of Deployable Wings Based on CFD CSD Coupling Method

摘要

In modern missile design, foldable wings are often used for convenient storage and transportation. Under the aerodynamic loads, the large-aspect ratio wings have large bending and torsional deformations. Thus, the jig shape design is necessary for the wings to get ideal aerodynamic characteristics. The jig shape after the anti-design has a large downward bending deformation, which will increase the design difficulty for foldable wings. To solve this problem, this paper adopts the torsion angle correction method to obtain the jig shape wing. The effectiveness and practicality of the torsion angle correction method were verified by comparing the new method aerodynamic performance with the conventional jig shape aerodynamic performance. The research results have certain guiding significance for subsequent wing design.
