Applying CFD Technology to Study the Influence of Variational Testing Layouts on Intake Flow Field Testing Results in a High-Pressure Compressor Total Pressure Intake Distortion Test

摘要

In this article the intake distortion flow field of a high pressure compressor is studied by CFD method. The simulation result is treated as a benchmark, with which two distinct testing layouts are designed, data probing and processing method the same with the one of a physical test is applied on the simulation result to obtain intake distortion total pressure contours and meanwhile calculate the area-average total pressure at AIP (aerodynamic interface plane). The contours as well as the datum mentioned above are balanced to study the differences of the solution results by different testing layouts on the one flow field, combined with the structure characteristics of the test article as well as the locations of the probe points to analyze the causations of the differences, summarize the advantages and disadvantages of each testing layout and its applying range, propose guild opinions on intake distortion testing layout design as well as updating directions of testing data processing method.
