摘要

Our country is rich in forest resources, under the support of national policy, the forest coverage rate also rises year by year, at the same time with the frequent activities of natural phenomena, the number of forest fires and the victimized area also increases year by year, seriously endangering people’s lives and property safety. The use of large-scale amphibious special aircraft to fight the mountain fires has outstanding importance and significance. In order to ensure that large-scale special aircraft in the complex mountainous environment according to the task profile, the successful completion of the fire-fighting task, the demand for test flight mission security capabilities is particularly important. In this paper, according to the large special aircraft in the implementation of mountain fire fighting tasks faced by the test flight subject hazards and safeguards needs to establish the test flight safeguard Quality Function Deployment (QFD) model, a variety of multi-class safeguards sorted and summarized, to ensure that the test flight tasks carried out before and after the successful implementation of the test flight can be carried out to reduce the risk of test flights.
