Various types of chronic cancers can be found. There is also a lot of diagnostic equipment and drugs on the market, both of which are long-term and cost-effective processes. We will create a chip that uses “antibody array” to diagnose cancer cells and blood samples. The focus of our research is on specific secondary metabolites that are produced by plants and stored as fruit, leaves, flowers, stems, and roots. In India, key plants like Androprogan, Rowfolfia, and Tinospora are now being employed. Rowfolfia and Tinospora cordifolia are two endogenous plants with a lot of anti-cytotoxic compounds. So, we have chosen these plants for our further studies. A rabbit was used as a test subject for further research. The crude protein samples were injected at intervals of one, seven, fourteen, and twenty-eight days. Bioactive hydrolysates molecules expressed at the concentration of 0.05% on western blot assay get positively under the varied quantities exposed to cyclodextrin, according to further investigation of bioactive protein with peptide inhibits the cancer cell line. Then we created a chip that can detect blood cancer early.
