摘要

The paper aims to investigate and categorize elements contributing to academic success and satisfaction, specifically in the milieu of Internet knowledge throughout COVID-19. The primary focus is on understanding the relationships between these elements. The research collected data through an online survey involving 535 respondents enrolled in business administration and management administration programs in the Delhi-National Capital Region. The research utilized structural equation modeling (SEM) to inspect expected philosophies and associations amid variables. Five independent variables were identified and highlighted: support from educators, student motivation and engagement, support from technology, support from course content and design, and support from the administration. These variables were analyzed to understand their impact on the satisfaction levels of institute students. The study’s outcomes reveal that these five independent variables have a constructive impact on the student’s satisfaction levels in an institute. Importantly, students’ satisfaction levels were found to have a significant and positive outcome on academic performance. This recommends a substantial rapport between the identified variables and students’ overall success in online teaching pedagogy throughout COVID-19. The paper concludes by suggesting that educational administration should focus on the identified variables to enhance the impact of online education on students’ academic attainment. The findings imply that attention to administrative support, course content and design, student motivation, technology support, and educator support can contribute to improved performance and satisfaction in online courses. Overall, the research employs SEM to analyze the relationships between key variables and concludes that attention to specific elements can positively impact students’ satisfaction levels and, subsequently, their academic performance in the milieu of online education throughout COVID-19. This study delivers treasured visions for educational administrators and policymakers to augment the effectiveness of online education in challenging circumstances.
