Bibliometric Review of Artificial Intelligence in Credit Risk

Lending sector is struggling to deal with default risk involved with it. Predicting the creditworthiness of the borrower is a concern. Study examines artificial intelligence (AI) for default risk. Review was done on Scopus database. 310 documents were examined. The outcome will be useful for Fintech companies, organizations, scholars, and government to understand the role of AI in building appropriate models using various ML, DL techniques, and neural network or computational methods or hybrid models to predict credit risk for accurate and efficient credit risk assessment in the lending sector.
