Wave Front Tracking
摘要
In this chapter we present the wave front-tracking approach to the existence issue. It consists in the approximation of conservations laws with equations of the same type but with piecewise affine fluxes and piecewise constant initial data. It has been extremely successful for instance in the analysis of systems and control problems.
