Evaluation of International Competitiveness of Patent-Intensive Industries Based on AHP-FCE Model

The sustainable development of patent-intensive industries is an essential prerequisite for enhancing international competitiveness. Through literature review, build a primary index system for evaluating the global competitiveness of patent-intensive industries and the use of the GEM method to identify critical indicators. The HP-FCE model is used to determine the weight of evaluation indicators of each dimension, and empirical research is carried out on the international competitiveness of patent-intensive industries. Each dimension and comprehensive development level is analyzed. The global competitiveness of patent-intensive industries is evaluated by combining the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to provide a reference basis for putting forward countermeasures and suggestions on the international competitiveness of patent-intensive industries.
