The e-commerce marketing system of live broadcast celebrities is usually affected by many uncertain factors, and much of the impact cannot be predicted. The synchronization strategy, this method can be an effective method to reduce the negative impact of uncertainty factors. The existing research mainly adopts the continuous synchronization strategy, and it is applied to the web celebrity e-commerce marketing system. However, it is difficult to implement, and adopting the discrete pulse synchronization strategy is more practical. This paper considers the extent to which joint effects impact on live-streaming platforms and manufacturers. Build a web celebrity e-commerce marketing system composed of consumers, MCN organizations or live-streaming platforms and manufacturers. The live-streaming e-commerce marketing system is very sensitive to uncertain factors. With the characteristics of chaos, small changes in the production volume, the use of the live broadcasting platform and the number of Internet celebrity fans will lead to great changes in the various components of the web celebrity e-commerce marketing system over time; next, by using the Lyapunov stability theory, obtain the discrete pulse synchronization strategy of the live broadcast e-commerce marketing system; then, we build a live e-commerce marketing system subjected to uncertain parameters and input interference, and the corresponding pulse synchronization strategy is also presented. The study found that: A reasonable pulse intensity and time interval can make the net red e-commerce marketing system gradually recover to the expected state, generally, the pulse intensity is small, the time interval is small, and if the pulse intensity is large, the time interval can then become larger.
