A Method Based on the Principle of Polynomial Least Squares Fitting to Achieve High-Precision Temperature Measurement and Its Practical Application
摘要
This article comprehensively analyzes the causes of errors in the temperature measurement process of the existing SF6 gas density monitoring equipment. Aiming at the error interference of SF6 density monitoring equipment in the temperature measurement process, a method of high precision temperature measurement based on polynomial least square method is proposed to achieve high precision temperature measurement. In practical application, the digital circuit board has obvious influence on temperature, and the thermal interference caused by it seriously affects the precision measurement of SF6 density. The validity of the high precision temperature measurement method is verified by comparing the long-term test data of different SF6 density monitoring equipment.
