Research on the Calculation Method of Electric Energy Substitutable Space in Zhejiang Province of China During the “14th Five-Year Plan” Period

As the main form of clean-energy utilization, electricity substitution is one of the means to achieve the goal of carbon dioxide emissions peaking and carbon neutrality. This paper first studies and analyzes energy and electricity consumption, the level of terminal electrification, and the current situation of electric energy substitution in Zhejiang Province of China. Then, this paper combs and analyzes the development status, policy planning, and operating parameters of various types of equipment in various industries. And the overall design of the calculating method of electric energy substitutable space in transportation, industry, construction, agriculture, and other fields is carried out. Finally, the conclusions and relevant suggestions are put forward. The calculation method of the electric energy substitutable space in this paper improves the precision of the calculation and provides a theoretical reference for other provinces.
