Research on the Application of Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm in Photovoltaic Power Generation Capacity Allocation Optimization and Control
摘要
PPG (Photovoltaic power generation) is a power generation technology that utilizes the principle of photovoltaic effect to convert solar energy into electrical energy through solar cells. How to control capacity from the load end is the primary issue in building a PPG system. In the planning phase of the PPG system project, it is necessary to consider meeting the needs of energy users and ensuring the safety and reliability of system energy supply. This article proposes a PPG capacity configuration optimization and control model based on IFOA (Improved Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm). The IFOA algorithm was used to optimize the design of the PPG system. Exclusion and attraction operations are introduced into the FOA optimization process. According to the variance of odor concentration value, it is judged whether fruit fly performs exclusion operation or attraction operation, and the group position update strategy is dynamically adjusted. The research results show that compared with the traditional energy storage capacity allocation method considering the reliability of photovoltaic system, the PPG capacity allocation optimization and control model based on IFOA proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the energy storage capacity of household PPG system.
