Construction of a Double-Layer Model for Energy Storage Planning of the Distribution System Based on Improved Harmony Search Algorithm
摘要
This study focuses on improving the load rate of feeders and enhancing the power supply capacity of the distribution network by addressing load imbalances through adjustments in the operation of the distribution system. The article presents research on the construction method of a double-layer model for energy storage planning in the distribution system using an improved harmony search algorithm. To effectively address the interdependencies between dynamic reconfiguration of the high voltage distribution system and energy storage configuration, a double-layer optimization model with a hierarchical structure is proposed to solve the complex problems associated with them effectively. Simulation results demonstrate that the improved harmony search algorithm reduces the error by 28.95% compared to the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. The energy storage planning approach based on the harmony search algorithm outperforms the PSO algorithm in terms of performance. Furthermore, the harmony search algorithm improves the running speed, global optimization ability, and reduces the number of invalid runs compared to the traditional PSO algorithm. In order to improve the load rate of the feeder and enhance the power supply capacity of the distribution network, it is necessary to adjust the operation of the distribution system when the load is unbalanced.
