Parameter Identification of DFIG Model with Spatial Profile Morphology Analysis Method

摘要

Parameter identification (PI) of the wind turbine generator with doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) based on fitting actual measurement data has become a significant way of modeling the wind turbine with DFIG in power system simulation, analysis and control. The difficulty of identifying the DFIG model parameters varies due to the different actual measurement and operation conditions of the power system, including the size of disturbance, measurement error and data length, which leads to the problem of practical identifiability of parameters. In this paper, a method for analyzing the practical identifiability of DFIG model parameters based on spatial profile morphology analysis method (SPMAM) is proposed. Firstly, the model of DFIG is introduced, as well as the types of disturbances used to identify the DFIG parameters. Then the SPMAM for the practical identifiability of parameters is proposed, and the strategy and flow of SPMAM is given. Finally, a simulation model of the wind turbine with DFIG is built on MATLAB\Simulink to realize the high-accuracy identification of DFIG parameters, and the traditional sensitivity analysis method (SAM) is compared to validate the effectiveness of the SPMAM.
