Research on Coordinated Optimization Strategy of Frequency Modulation and Power Control of DC

摘要

Frequency modulation and power control are two important additional control functions of DC to improve the frequency stability of the system. A quick active power support strategy according to local frequency trigger is adopted for the faults in the system which the actual power disturbance cannot be monitored in real time effectively. Based on the maximum adjustable DC capacity and the power disturbance quantity that the system can endure, the maximum adjustable range of power control is set according to the upper limit under the conservative principle to avoid triggering the risk of high or under frequency caused by the emergency DC power control, and the remaining regulation is set as DC frequency modulation. The simulation based on realistic power grid indicates that this method not only ensures the effective display of the quick adjustment ability of DC, but also realizes the automatic quick call back when the DC power control malfunctions under the short-time power disturbance.
