摘要

Remaining Useful Life (RUL) prediction is an important part of prognostics and health management (PHM) for complex systems. Motor bearings play a vital role in ensuring the reliable operation of electric motors. The ability to predict the RUL of bearings in advance can help optimize maintenance strategies, reduce downtime, and lower costs. As electric motor bearings are being widely used in industrial equipment, research on bearing Remaining Useful Life (RUL) prediction has become an increasingly important topic. Significant progress has been made in both domestic and international research on methods for predicting bearing RUL. This article provides an overview of the research status of bearing RUL prediction in recent years. It analyzes the advantages and limitations of various prediction methods and showcases the existing methods in the research progress of bearing RUL prediction. Finally, the article provides an outlook on bearing RUL prediction methods.
