An Optimal Operational Scheme for a Large Proportion PV Integrated LVDN
摘要
It is crucial to build a decent operation scheme between a low voltage distributed network (LVDN) and its end users. In this study, a two level scheme is developed where a photovoltaic (PV) power system has been integrated into the LVDN in a village. At the first level, a series of rules by using active and reactive power is proposed. The purpose of the first level is to maintain the power system within a security domain. Stage two is to balance the benefits between the grid and users. An interactive strategy is formed, which allows both the grid and users to have equal rights to regulate the power follow. Economic target is a priority at this stage. Thus, an extra award will be given to the users to promote their motivation in the scheme. Moreover, the scheme has benefit regarding to the remit of extra resource investment. The tests and their analysis show that the proposed scheme can strengthen the network security while stimulating the network operator and users with economic benefits.
