Robot Intervening in the Judiciary, Who Judges Whom?

Law represents human pursuit of fairness and justice. Legislation not only needs to consider establishing standards of fairness and justice, but also needs to design paths to achieve them. This is what “substantive law” and “procedural law” depend on and differ from each other. With a solid infrastructure, the spirit of law and rule of law can be realized through the judiciary.
