Perinatal Management of Women with Epilepsy
摘要
Epileptic seizures affect 0.3–0.7% of pregnant women with epilepsy (WWE). Seizures and antiseizure medications during pregnancy will have adverse effects on the mother and fetus. How to balance seizures and antiseizure medications is essential for the management of pregnant women with epilepsy. This chapter discusses the evidence-based management of pregnant women with epilepsy including seizure control, pregnancy complications, antiseizure medications, and choice of delivery.
